30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your first order, we will refund the purchase price. The guarantee applies to the first order only — there is no right of return on renewals. The exact conditions will be added here.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within the statutory period without giving reasons. The period and its start will be specified in the final version.

Exercising the withdrawal

A clear statement is sufficient to withdraw (e.g. by email to hello@vipwell.club). You can use the model withdrawal form provided (to follow).

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal we will refund all payments received in accordance with the statutory requirements. Details on return and refund will be added.
